Chardonnay

These elegant wines are typical of wines from the cool climate of the Macedon Ranges. They are well structured with high acidity and flavours of stone fruits. Barrel fermentation with many months on the lees is a feature of this wine. Our successes include medals with all chardonnays entered in the Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition. Although drinking well now, they will benefit from further cellaring.

Pinot Noir

The pinot noirs are well balanced with underlying cherry flavours. The mushroom and earthy aromas, together with the silky mouth feel are indicative of premium pinot noirs.

Macedon (Australian Sparkling-Methode Champenoise)

Released in May 2005. This sparkling wine finishes crisp and fresh on the palate. The extended time on lees has produced biscuity and bread flavours. It received a medal in the 2005 Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition.
