Chardonnay

These elegant wines are typical of wines from the cool climate of the Macedon Ranges. They are well structured with high acidity and flavours of stone fruits. Barrel fermentation with many months on the lees is a feature of this wine. Our successes include medals with all chardonnays entered in the Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition. Although drinking well now, they will benefit from further cellaring.

Pinot Noir

The pinot noirs are well balanced with underlying cherry flavours. The mushroom and earthy aromas, together with the silky mouth feel are indicative of premium pinot noirs.

Macedon (Australian Sparkling-Methode Champenoise)

The 2005 Macedon was released in September 2008 and the 2007 released in November 2009.  Both wines finish crisp and fresh on the palate. The extended time on lees has produced biscuity and bread flavours.
